In an adventure set in 1618, Donald d’Artagnonald, hired by his uncle Tréville De Scrooge to build a chest, joins the Musketeers. Quickly noticed for his courage, he receives a secret mission from the Queen, but dangerous bandits put his talents to the test.
Originally published in Italy in 1957, this story was translated into French in 1977 as the first volume in the “Donald and the Heroes of Literature” series. It was also published the same year in issue no. 89 of Super Giant Scrooge, a supplement sold with Scrooge Magazine.
